hi there I can't for the life of me get my new versa 2 to connect with my Samsung s10 lite. Therefore I am missing on all of my norifications such as messages and emails on the watch as well as Spotify controls. I have tried restarting the phone and the watch and restarting the Bluetooth, can anyone help?

What do you mean by cant connect to the S10?
Where you able to setup the tracker to your Fitbit account? Is the Versa 2 shown in the Fitbit app?
The app should then ask for permission to connect the Versa 2, and the user needs to approve this connection.
