Versa 2 wont connect to phone

Hi, I set up my versa 2 last friday and it has been working fine until last night, it has disconnected from my phones bluetooth and wont reconnect. My bluetooth is finding it but when I tap on it it says 'couldn't pair cheak settings for this device and try again'. I have cheaked all settings and tried again and nothing. Can anyone help please???

Hi, make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app. Before the latest update, once and a while the Fitbit app lost connection with your Versa and needed several times of syncing to find it again, mostly with the message "connect to Fitbit" and you had to press OK. Regards, kuzibri
