Versa 2 wont record the heart rate for 9 days.
It happened once before, but the heart rate record synced after using the app for a couple of minutes.
but this time it wont sync the record, then i checked the watch - no heart rate reading on the watch.
I tried to restart the watch, wear it properly, swipe the back of the watch (the green light is twinkling) , make sure that the watch connected to wifi...i dont know what else i can do
can someone please help me with it? THANKS 🙂

I solved the problem myself!!!
turns out my boyfriend turned off the heart data features on my watch!!!
I gave him my watch last week before i went to an exam...and he somehow accidentally turned off the feature...
so everyone plz check the setting on your watch first when you have trouble...or ask your partner whether they have touched your watch.
im NOT cooking dinner for sure, he can make his own meal tonight, grrrrrr

If heart rate stops working, the heart rate sensor would be the first thing to check.
My heart rate turned off with the latest firmware update.
