Versa 2 wont sync it only shows calories and water

My versa 2 would not sync even following all the directions many times. Blue tooth on G5 syncs with amplifon bit has stopped syncing with Fitbit. It has worked well but suddenly stopped.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I'd like to confirm if you are getting an error message when you try to sync? In the meantime I suggest refreshing the connection between your phone and your device, please do the following: 

 

  • Make sure the Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
  • Open the Fitbit app, tap the today tab and then tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Set Up a Device.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
