I charged my versa 2, then when I went to take it off the charger the next day, it wouldn't turn on. I thought maybe it didn't charge, so I put it back on and it was unresponsive. Ive had it just over a year now

Exactly what happened to mine after a year. You will need to send it in for replacement. Hopefully the powers that be oversee this.
