My Versa2 watch is switched off and can be start only when connected to charger. The moment I remove it from charger it will get switched off. Very poor and annoying as it it only one year old watch.

Hello @Sheetal1, your participation here in the Community Forums is appreciated.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared on your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if at the moment you unplugged the charger from your Versa 2, the heart rate sensors continued flashing or your device became completely unresponsive? This may be related to the power source you're currently using, therefore, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Ricardo,
I’m glad you tried to look into the issue. Basically the issue is not that “battery is not charging”. Battery is 100% charged but the moment I remove the charger, watch got switched off automatically. This is my concern.
Hope I’m able to describe my issue.
