Ok I literally just got my versa 2 yesterday for xmas. Was working properly throughout the set up and had it on most the day, took it off at night to charge and this morning the screen will not work at all. when i place it on the charger even thou its 100% charged the clock will appear but as soon as i take it off the charger everything goes black. Have tried the holding the side button for several seconds and I can feel a vibrate but absolutely nothing on the screen.
So upset, switched from the Blaze and I can't believe this better version isn't working.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing at the moment you disconnect your device from the charging cable or is your Fitbit completely unresponsive?
