Versa 2 ...works but looking into details on app wont respond to touch

Versa 2 ...works but looking into details on app won't respond to touch. It shows what I've done today but I cant look into steps, exercise(gps running history), heart rate...or sleep. Again, I see what I've done but can't open up categories for details.

If my message doesn't make sense.... my steps are 18972 currently and when I try touching the steps icon on my phone to see what my weeks total is, It won't respond nor will any other icons(heart rate exercise floors etc showing weeks, months totals.
