my titbit Versa 2 (I believe that's what it is) screen will not turn on at all but I know it still works because my alarms will still go off but I can't turn them off at all.

The screen may be faulty.
If this has just happened following a firmware update that is the reason.
However try a restart.
If that doesn't fix it you could try a factory reset but run the risk of it never working at all.
If it's still under warranty [2 years in most European countries] take it back for a new replacement or you can contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you further but you are unlikely to get a new one, though they are helpful and will talk you through a factory reset.

The restart will not work I have tried that and I have only had it for a year, but I am not sure if I have a warranty on it and even if I do, I would not know where to take it. Thank you for your response.

You take it back to where you bought it. They can't be repaired so can only be replaced.
Warranty comes with it, 1 or 2 years, depending on the country of purchase.
If thats not an option try Fitbit support, a factory reset might just work, as at this stage you have nothing much more to lose.
