I couldn’t pair my Versa 2 Fitbit watch to my iPhone 8. I did everything all you folks did but to no avail. (turning the Fitbit and the iPhone off and then back on again etc.) Then it occurred to me to turn off my wife’s iPhone 8 (which the Fitbit was currently paired to). Once I did that it worked!👍 I got the pop up message requesting I allow it to be paired to my iPhone. Long story short, you cannot have the same device paired to more than one iPhone at the same time… curious to know if this advice works for anyone. Hit me back with the results if you can.😉👍

That worked for me! Had to turn of IPad.Thank you!
