Versa 2 wouldn't sync and now won't set up phone.

My versa 2 died so of course that means once it got charged up again it needed to be fought with to get it to sync to my phone again. I have tried restarting my phone, restarting my Fitbit, turning Bluetooth on and off, and uninstalling the app. This time I also took the device off the app and tried to set it back up again. Big mistake! Now it won't set up again and I did try everything I listed up above to fix this now and it's still not working. Moderators please don't not reply to this telling me to restart, reset, etc. I have already done all that. Why won't this product just work? And yes, my phone is an approved device. How can I get fix this?

Hi @Libtasker  have you tried to set up as a new device on an existing account?

Yes, that's the problem I'm having now. It won't even set up on my phone.
