Versa 2 wrist band hoop broken

Sadly the hoop on my Versa 2 strap is on its last legs. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement without buying the whole strap? It is black silicone

Hi @Willa1961 

Unfortunately the straps do eventually wear out. I'd suggest replacing the entire band, also I'm not aware of anyplace (Fitbit or aftermarket) that you can buy parts for a band.
