Hello @SunsetRunner

Open the Fitbit App there is an Edit button in the upper top right of your screen. Taping that edit button allows you to add tiles and move tiles in the order you wish. Is it possible you accidentally disabled the zone mins? If the zone mins are missing entirely try logging out of the Fitbit app and log back in again.

If you are referring to the zone mins displaying on your Today Section of your Versa 2 try swiping up from your clock face till you see settings. Make sure activities have a check mark in its box. Now go back to the Today Section and you should see it. (You may need to scroll left on the steps to see all the activity stats.

😉 I’m hoping I understood your question correctly and was able to help. Please let me know.

Thanks for the answer but no I didn’t accidentally delete them, as I said it was after an update everything else was ok but zone minutes had vanished (there where 147 for that day as had done a workout)

My activities already have a check mark in the box and everything else is ok 🤷🏼‍:male_sign:

That’s quite strange @SunsetRunner 😦

My only suggestion would be to log out of the Fitbit App then force shut the app by swiping it upward. Next uninstall the app from your mobile device. Make sure you have the lasted update on your mobile device then restart your mobile device and reinstall the Fitbit App.

I haven’t come across this happened lately so I’m hopeful a reinstall will help. Fingers crossed 🤞 Let me know how it goes

Hi again, did everything you suggested and it did not work. I have only had my versa 2  for 2 days and this has happened, had to replace my previous versa 2 as well as my Wife's as the battery would not charge on both of them and was showing a green screen and they where both only 2 years old.
Next time we get any problems with our Versa’s we will switch to another fitness smartwatch which is reliable as Fitbit is getting worse.

I’m sorry that didn’t help @SunsetRunner. I can fully understand being frustrated as I would be as well.

My only thought on this now is that you mentioned you only have had your Versa 2 for a few days. Can you tell me which firmware version you have on your Versa 2? It should be Version 72.1.19. You can find it by opening your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2. Look to see which version you have here (it will be at the top of your screen)

@SunsetRunner You might need to call Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. Your Versa 2 is clearly updated and your Fitbit App is up to date as well as you just reinstalled the lasted update.

🥺 I’m sorry I was unable to help.

There definitely  must be a problem with the last update and Fitbit need to sort this issue out!

I would agree with you @SunsetRunner I have seen more then a few with zone mins missing  since the last update. I don’t work for Fitbit so I can’t give you a timeframe on when the missing zone mins will be addressed. Hopefully they will release an update so to address the growing issues.

@WheresMyZoneMin if you happen to find a solution or tip from Fitbit Customer Service please come back and share. I’m sure the information will be helpful to others.
