I have exchanged my Versa2 under warranty as the screen just died. Now  my new versa2 shows active minutes instead of zone minutes, but tells me it’s up to date. Any ideas?

It probably does need an update to reintroduce the change to active zone minutes but it's just not available yet. When a new firmware is identified it downloads a small portion of it, in the background, each time it syncs. When it's fully downloaded the app will then prompt you to install it. Depending on how often you sync, this can take a couple of days so it will hopefully update soon.
