Hi,
I have had a Fitbit versa 2 for some years and last week I ordered a new Fitbit versa 3. Everything worked fine with the Fitbit versa 2 and I got notices when it needed to be recharged. But for my new Fitbit versa 3 it says that the battery is 100% until its dies and needs to be recharged. I have tried to google it, I have tried to look in the app but I can't find a conclusion. Everything gets registered but the battery seems not to connect or something. What can I do?

Hi @carwer - it seems the new watch is not syncing properly. In order for the Fitbit App to detect the battery level [to issue the notification] it has to get the information from the watch. Make sure the old watch is removed from the phone Bluetooth and the Fitbit App. See also Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
It may also be that the new watch is not yet properly installed - check the firmware version in the watch settings, about Versa 3 menu, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
If the firmware is not up-to-date this may be the cause Incorrect Set up of a new device
