I purchased a Versa 3, probably less than 6 months ago, and it's just been very poor - all of it. The notifications for hourly step, for 10k Steps reached, for phone/text messaging and the actual iphone App, have all stopped working. Literally the notification lasted about 2 months and then just stopped. This also happened on my old Fitbit HR but at least it did last about a year before all the functions stopped working. I have checked the settings, I have undertaken factory reset, i have tested the alarm to ensure the vibration works - but nothing. Last chance on here before i ask for a refund and move across to Garmin Anyone else had the same ongoing problems?

I burned through 2 versa 3 Fitbit’s aka was under warranty so got replacement for mine when they both died .
And I didn’t have 1/2 problems you're describing!!
Anyways I’m trying versa 3 one more time , otherwise will just drop back down to Inspire ie just keeping it simple and figuring later to research Garmin

I am having similar issues. I noticed the day after the app was updated in my iPhone 11 that it just stopped syncing. I’ve done all the reboots, troubleshooting, deleted the app and reinstalled. It’s stuck on the “download app” screen. It’s been fully charged. Randomly will vibrate, flash red light on the back, and the logo appears just to get the same screen. In the app, when I try to add the device, it keeps losing Bluetooth connectivity. I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve been without my Fitbit since Thursday, February 2nd. Help!!!
