Hello, my Fitbit Versa 3 band broke off inside of the face of the watch and is seemingly impossible to get out so that I may replace the broken band. The plastic is hard and cannot be grasped with tweezers or teeth, nor packing or duct tape. My husband tried prying it out with a butter knife only to slightly damage the face itself. Any ideas/help is appreciated- I really do not want to have to purchase a new Fitbit just because of the broken band being stuck inside!! Thank you for any ideas!!
