The touch screen on my Versa 3 is no longer working. A few days ago, it restarted on its own and since then, the battery drains in less than a day and the touch screen no longer works. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times, Ive disconnected it more than once and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. It seems like others are having this problem too. Is there an issue with Fitbit?

Hi @kas114 - the symptoms indicate a watch fault, possibly from moisture getting in at some point.
You can try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Also make sure it is charged but if it gets hot while charging stop immediately.
You can try changing clock face in the Gallery tile and syncing but it most likely won't help and needs replacing under warranty, if still valid. Bear in mind that later Fitbit models don't have all the features you have on this watch so consider your options carefully.

Thank you for the response! My watch hasn’t been near water. I’ve tried everything, multiple times. I’ve noticed several other people having a similar problem. I think the problem is Fitbit. I’m switching to an Apple Watch - too many problems with Fitbit and they don’t last very long.
