I had the versa 3 brought for me as a present in December 2021 and I never have had a charge last more than 24 hours, but more recently it's not even lasting 8 hours. I don't use all the features and screen wake is on manual, any other suggestions to get a better life out of the battery?

Hi @HelenlF74 - unless you are using the GPS all the time there is no reason for a watch to last such a short time unless it has a fault. The minimum with all options enabled would be 2+ days and 6+ days should be possible [without GPS].

Hi Guy_ - no I'm not using the GPS at all, but as I said in my original post, the charge has never lasted more than 24 hours since I got the watch. I use the steps and the clock functions, it has a very basic clock display and I don't use any of the other functions
I am trying to establish whether it has a fault or not

@HelenlF74- it has a fault, check the warranty where you live, you should be able to get the 6+ days if properly set right.
To make sure turn off the phone's Bluetooth and see if it lasts, most probably not, because it now has a second fault if it doesn't last 8 hours.

I have a Versa 2 and have noticed since I did the last app update about 3 days ago, my watch won’t hold a charge more than 8 hours.

@KKM67 I haven't done an app update, so hoping that's not going to make it worse!
