My Versa 3 died during the night when I plug it in it says it’s 100% charged but as soon as I unplug it it is dead again .

Have you tried restarting your tracker? Does it say 100% on the tracker or only in the app?

It says 100% on both my versa and my phone. It syncs to my phone still as well as long as it is plugged in. I’m guessing my battery.

Hi @Cstoik - as @MakMak says have you tried restarting it while charging?
However if it reboots when placed in the charger and then says 100% charged it would seem the battery has become disconnected inside.
As it is not repairable, if it is under warranty it can be replaced, or you can get a new Versa 3 or other brand. Note, later Fitbit models don't have all the features you have currently and are more expensive.

I did shut it down and restart it while plugged in as well and same issues. I honestly will probably end up going with a cheaper model as I have had this one for a year and a couple months. I can’t afford to replace one every year.
