Versa 3 Clock face gone, cannot find, analog gone, strange substitution found

My clock face was replaced and I can’t find the one I had. Nor can I find an analog replacement face.

Hi @MaryGeorge777 - just to make sure it's not a configuration problem - double tap the watch face and swipe it right to get to the Quick Settings screen and make sure that Always On is not enabled.

Always on was not enabled.

This occurred immediately after charging and putting my watch back on. The
one that was there was called Intersection. I switched it to IncClock_02
Simple at midnight just so I would have a functioning watch that could save
my info overnight.
I then went searching everywhere but couldn’t find my old one.

@MaryGeorge777- Presumably you pressed and held the clock face till the choice of clock faces came up, or looked in the Fitbit App Gallery tile.

It would be odd to just go missing unless you loaded several new ones in the Gallery tile or did a factory reset?

It would be odd indeed and I didn’t go to the mobile app until after
Intersection showed up. Not to worry, apparently it’s never happened to
anyone else!
