Trying to control my Spotify with my versa 3 and versa 3 controls won't pair with my Samsung 22+ phone.

Hi there, @Tmag76. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

To properly connect the Versa 3 Controls to your phone, please see  How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch? 

Note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
