I deleted my app the other day and then reinstalled it. Now my on wrist commands are not working. I am trying to pair the Versa 3 controls on my Android and it will not pair. Bluetooth is on....Please help!

Hello there, @mom42ol. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. 

With that in mind, please check the following requirements:

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Versa 3 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Hi

 
I have tried everything listed, still not able to get my calls/texts on my wrist. I am connected to versa 3 controls  (paired) When I go under Bluetooth on my devise..it is saying no devices saved/found?
 
Please provide assistance with correcting this issue? It began only after I uninstalled the app the other day and reinstalled it

Hello

 

I am still having the issue without any further reply? The versa control o n my blue tooth list does not stay on. I connect and then it goes off again. 

 

When I go to vibrations and audio on my watch it says no devices saved? I tried everything you suggested to no avail. Please advise?
