My versa 3 controls keep dropping out from my iPhone, I have tried rebooting and re pairing with phone and watch but won’t stay connected so I don’t get notifications on my device, never had this issue before but driving me mad now, love my versa 3 and was a lot of money but looking at going to and an Apple Watch now as having so much trouble.
looks like a lot of people have this issue but Fitbit not sorting this problem out ?? 🤨

Please note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.

I am having the same problem as sara1974. I have done everything you suggested. This versa3 is only a few weeks old.

Happening to me as well. I'm suppose to be monitoring my heart rate and my Versa 3 won't connect since Thursday.
