Hi i have had my Vers a3 for just over 10 days now and I can't seem to sync it with my phone for calls and messages. I got a call once on my watch but other time just says not connected. I've connected via the code, I have enabled notifications on my phone and the app. but I don't know what else to do.

Hi there, @DBP3. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.

With that in mind, please check the following requirements:

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Versa 3 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

I’m having the same problem with my new Versa 3. I’ve done all of the above and still no success.

I've done all of that and nothing works. Spent an hour on a 'support chat' yesterday and was told is I'd get an email. Still waiting. Fitbit is recording my data but can't transfer it to my phone. Phone will not pair with it whatever I do. Seems fitbit don't care about customer service or functioning products. Will not buy another one.

Hi @Lisa1652 , @LFalls  - there is currently a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App and you can't get notifications. There is nothing you can do to fix it.

Thanks for your reply. Hopefully it’ll get sorted soon.

I am having the same issues and I have tried turning the Bluetooth on and off, clearing the cache and storage from the app, factory resetting my versa and disconnecting the versa 3 from m Fitbit acct. Nothing keeps mine connected either.

Surely the so called customer service should know that. Wonder what fitbit are doing to resolve the problem. Little point in having a fitbit if it's only really a watch.

This did not work for me:(. I have tried everything. When I received my first one, I had no issues. This past year there have been all sorts of pairing issues. The app even tells me asleep while I am cooking🤦. I even bought a new versa 3 a couple weeks ago. Issues ate still the same. I just don't understand! Very  frustrating!

I have tried everything and it will not sync. I have even taken it off my fitbit app and tried to reinstall it but the fitbit app cannot find the watch. I have successfully done this before so I know it worked previously. I would like some answers please!

Hi @Kim1980 - as mentioned earlier in this post it relates to a bug in the Fitbit app, so no point trying to resolve it.
