Hi there, @Penna1234. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.

As a first approach, please keep in mind what @Guy_ has mentioned as Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect.

In addition to what you've tried and what @Guy_ has recommended, please try the following:

If you continue having issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On the phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart the Fitbit device once gain. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Versa 3 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Hi @Penna1234 - what is the problem exactly?

Versa 3 controls can be turned on in Bluetooth on the phone but if it is not being used it will quickly turn off.

If the Fitbit App or syncing is not working the same may happen.

But try restarting the watch firstly, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and release it and wait for the watch to start.

You could also try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Btw Versa 3 controls is only used when needed, most of the time only a Bluetooth Versa 3 connection is needed and the above restarts should help with that
