My versa 3 doesn't connect to Versa 3 controls and no matter what I do it doesn't work. I'm guessing that's why I'm not getting notifications for my arm. I can scroll through the notification menu and see everything, but I no longer get any vibration or the display lighting up.

This is a fairly new thing and since it stopped losing contact it has never found its way back. So I never get a notification or vibration in the watch. Fitbit, how do I fix this problem? I don't really understand how to restart the watch but I have erased the device and reinstalled it in the app, no luck.
And why did this question get reported?!

Hi @Ansiri - Versa 3 controls is only used for voice calls, it's the versa 3 Bluetooth entry which is used for notifications but that may not be the issue.
Firstly swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure sleep and do not disturb haven't been enabled.
If it is s connectivity issue try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
That should refresh the connection. You can also remove both Bluetooth entries and repeat the process, then in the app click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
