Every time I open the exercise app on my Versa 3 nothing happens. It never opens and goes back to the menu. I have restarted it and shut it down and still won't work.

Hi there, @BigNem. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd try to change the current clock face. Trying switching to a one developed by Fitbit in case you're using one from a third-party developer. Afterwards, test the Exercise app. 

If the issue persists, may I know if this is only happening with the Exercise app? Do the other apps work fine?

my exercise icon is also frozen  

I did change the clock face,, but its still frozen  I changed it back.  still frozen  Now what?
