Versa 3 Fitbit Pay won't keep my credit card details saved

My Versa 3 keeps forgetting my wallet credit card details. I need to set up wallet every few weeks. Quite annoying as I still need to carry my actual credit  card. Any advice ?

Thats odd that your credit card details keep disappearing. I’d try restarting your Versa 2 https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

then try putting in your card again : https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2236.htm

Thanks. I tried this. It worked temporarily. Card details have been forgotten twice since.

I’m sorry it only worked for a while. Let’s try this….try suspending your card in the app and then unsuspending it.
