Hi All,
I have had my Versa 3 for 2 weeks and all in all happy with the design and screen. Every morning I am out for a 40 minute jog. My route is on an embankment by a river with no tree obstructions. I start the run exercise on the fitbit watch and it connects to GPS almost immediatly. I stay in Heart Rate Zones 2 and 3 for 95% of the exercise. When I finish and sync with the app on my Galaxy S10 and look at the GPS Map, the red exercise route plotted on the map is very accurate but then shows as completed up to 1 mile before my exercise actually finishes, even on different routes.I cannot see this is a GPS signal issue as it plots on the map fine on the same paths on the way out.The step count and calories I presume are correct as this uses the pedometer and heart rate.
Firmware is up to date and again GPS is showing as connected. I have rebooted the watch but this has not helped. As per the example screenshot, the route shows stopped at 2.67 miles yet the exercise continued to the start point where I stopped the exercise on the Versa 3.
My Daily activity setting is set to 4 Miles.
If anybody has come across this and can offer some suggestions, I would be very thankful.
With best wishes
JD

Hi @JDRun - what you are seeing may be an accidental button push, especially if you are left handed and wear it on your right arm. If that is the case try wearing it on the left arm or underneath the wrist.
It may also be a lost GPS signal if it happens in the same place each time.
Make sure the battery is well charged before leaving as using the GPS consumes the battery a lot and it may be getting flat towards the end.
