Hi, I need some help please.
Firstly as a Paroxysmal AF sufferer can I say how invaluable the Heart Rythm identification has been for me.
While monitoring HR on my watch though a number of times the ❤️ symbol has changed to a down arrow with broken line. It seems it could be changing to this when HR is high or potentially I am in AF.
Does anyone have knowledge on what it may be telling me when the symbol changes?
Thanks in advance
Brent

Hello @Brennasurfs! It’s nice to see you here!
Thank you so much for letting us know that you are unable to see the heart icon in your Versa 3.
In order to better understand the situation, please tell me if the picture you have attached is how you see your screen now or how it looked before. And please send us a picture of the down arrow you indicated earlier.

@Brennasurfs Fitbits measure heart rate by looking for pulsations in tiny blood vessels just below the skin. Paroxysmal AF is a fast irregular heart rate (my husband had it). The green LED technology has trouble reading fast, irregular heart rates. Is that a Fitbit or a third-party clock face? Fitbit clock faces seem to show either a "--" or are blank when it can't measure your heart rate. Third-party developers can create their own symbols. I think you are seeing a symbol that means your Fitbit can't give you an exact heart rate.
This type of technology has limitations. Have you thought about getting a Kardia mobile device? It is about the size of a credit card and does a real ECG. It can give you more information than the ECG app in the Sense 2 or Charge 6.
BTW, do you know that the crescent moon symbol on your Versa 3 means you are in sleep mode?

Thank you. My cardiologist recommended this 2 years ago as it does show my AF episodes in the App. It is a 3rd party screen. I may default back to original one.
I will look into your recommendation.
PS I had no idea I was in sleep mode!!
Appreciate your reply thanks again.
