Versa 3, Heart rate icon not shown

Hi,

The Heartrate icon is missing on the watch. Here are the steps I take:

I go to the clock face. Then swipe left. I see some icons like Wallet, Weather, Settings, etc. I swipe left more to find the heart rate icon to click on and see my current heart rate. But it's not there.

I have looked for solutions on the web, and most of them say this:

"On your Versa’s home display, swipe from right to the left until you see “Settings” and press it. Scroll down until you see Heart Rate and make sure it is enabled."

But there is no heart rate setting in the Settings to be enabled. There are Display, Shortcuts, Voice assistant, etc., But no heart rate.

I have also tried shutting the watch down and turning it on, but it didn't help.

Thanks for your help

Rahman

Hello @Rahman7722  and welcome to the Community.  I am reading your post a little different from @Guy_ , because you wrote that you are trying to see your current heart rate.  There are three ways to do this on your Versa 3:

  • Swipe to the left to the Today app and tap on that.  Your current heart rate is one of your Today stats.
  • Swipe up on the screen to get to your Widgets.  You can add your heart rate from the Advanced Stats section.
  • Choose a clock face that has heart rate on it without needing to tap on the screen.  The default clock on the Versa 3 is Pleat.  Your current heart rate is on the screen.  Many clock faces show current heart rate.

I hope you aren't looking for this icon:

That's the icon for the ECG app.  The Versa 3 doesn't have the hardware for the ECG.

If this doesn't answer your question, can you please ask it a different way?

Hi @Rahman7722 - swiping left and looking for the heart is for running an ECG which you may not have.

Normally you can swipe up [you may need to configure what you see] or swipe left and click on Today to see your details, but most clock faces will have that information directly on the clock face without going elsewhere to get it.

If your clock face is not showing what you want to see have a look in the Gallery for a clock face which meets your needs.
