Hi, my Versa 3 isn‘t working anymore and Whirlpool loading it was very hot. And now also the display has detached from the case, propably of the Hot temperature. I can send pictures if you like . The FitBit is from June 2021. What could I do?

Hi @Daniela1978-DE - depending on country law, warranty is 1 to 2 years. If covered the quickest solution is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement.
Failing that chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

The Versa 3 will shutdown if it gets too hot.
But why did it get this hot? The source of the heat may have voided the warranty.
