Versa 3 screens seems frozen, doesn't sync , doesn't connect to wifi. Just shows the first screen.

@SGill13 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Please make sure that the Versa 3 is charged and has at least 50% battery. 

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
Hereby should the Versa 3 restart.
