Versa 3 - Not pair, only logo on display, charger keeps turning off and on

My Versa 3 - stopped working this afternoon.  Only logo on display screen.  When on charger it beeps that it is connected back and forth.  Also will not pair once I unpaired from Android.  I tried resetting Fitbit, pairing (will not show up on bluetooth or in app), I uninstalled and reinstalled fitbit app on android, tried on charger and off of charger.  On app, when trying to link to fitbit, keeps saying is Versa 3 powered on?  Please help!

I am having the same issue.  I have tried all the steps they suggest and no luck. I have been having this issue for a few days.  Suddenly it will sync and record my steps and then for 2 days nothing. I have tried turning my device off and on. Force stopping the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting from bluetooth, etc.  If I go to settings on my watch it just have a bunch of numbers and letters that I can't delete so I can't use my settings.

I'm on holiday and I am having the same issue, but it isn't even charging.

Not sure what to do now??

Hi @EricaOD  - it may have developed a fault but it could be not charging properly, in case see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hi @ValGeo - if the settings menu is corrupted you will need to do a button factory reset.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.

Cleaned back of fitbit and four prongs on charger.  When I connect the two it still beeps to show charging, then beeps again and logo disappears.  I can see logo just can't reset fitbit or do anything with it.  It is almost like it got corrupted or something.
