I had a problem with the straps staying on my Versa 3 (only 1 month old). So I requested a replacement and it was literally dead on arrival. No response even after charging. So I chatted with customer service and they said they would email me. Still no email 2 weeks later. I'm screwed because I spent $160 on a new one and Amazon said they would charge me a $30 restocking fee to return it. That window has now passed. Now I have 2 Versas that don't work.
