Once again, stress management score has stopped updating on my Fitbit app (iPhone 13 is up to date as is my Fitbit). Stopped working on Wed July 16. It’ll probably come back by the time someone responds to this. It’s been up and down for months…comes back as stealthily as it stops working.
Why this happens, I don’t know. But if this feature cannot be fixed, then remove it from the menu, Fitbit. Don’t offer it if a user cannot depend on using it consistently. Some people’s well-being may depend on the data and metrics this score provides.
Thank you!

Thank you for your response. It’s good to know that your people are aware of the problem and are working on it.
Is there an Issue or Outage Board that users can go to, to find out if there’s a problem or an outage?
If there isn’t, maybe you should think about putting one together. It might cut back on the “this isn’t working” messages. Just a thought…

Thank you so much, Mario! I saw that the feature was working the other morning. Funny how when you know something is not working, you pay more attention to it.😆Apologies for not expressing my thanks sooner. I’ve been bogged done with “stuff” and this is my first opportunity to read and reply. Thank you for liking my suggestion for an Outage Board as a place for users to go to check about global problems before contacting tech support. During my mainframe and help desk days, we had similar tools for our users, and it helped a lot. I’ll check out Product Feedback as you suggested and see where it takes me. Thank you again! Take care! Maria
