Versa 3 Stuck On Logo after DST

Hi all - just wondering if anyone elses Fitbit stopped working completely yesterday morning? I have a Versa 3 and when I looked at my watch while still in bed this morning it was stuck on the Fitbit logo. Looks like all data is logged in the app until midnight last night.

I've tried holding the side to do a restart and it's the same thing. I've also tried letting the battery die completely and re-charge to no avail.

Any suggestions?

As an aside - my wife's Versa 3 no longer tracks heart rate and the battery is dieing within a day. What is happening with fitbit?! Nothing but trouble since the move to Google.

Yes I currently at work and I had my watch on and it kept vibrating so I looked at it and it was on the Fitbit logo and I cant not figure what to do to fix it. I also tried to turn it off and it wont do anything. Its completely charged in the app and all my data in logged from this morning. It just stopped working out of nowhere.
