Versa 3 Unable to Power Up

Hello All - hope there is someone out there able to assist, tried the official help and support site (so called) but nothing but the usual runaround and gobbledygook.  Must had a moment of inexplicable weakness, disabled my Ionic due to recall and went for  Versa 3 as a special online replacement (more weakness on my part).  Arrived today, followed set up instructions to the letter, fully charged and attached cable device app unable to synch, states watch not powered up, restarted several times as advised, no Fitbit logo.  Appreciate any useful inputs.

Hi @Maroon - did you remove the Ionic from your account before doing "+ Set up a Device"?

In the Fitbit App when you click profile photo all you should see is Versa 3?

For Guy and wider community, so far so good with Versa 3, took an immeasurable time and effort to partially set up, some problems with the gallery option on my Android. Another question, would like to use the fitbit app on my Windows 10 (Windows 11?) desktop, some very confusing terminology and the like eg fitbit connect, unable to open main menu, really appreciate some inputs.  Thanks.
