just wondering if this is normal? I noticed there’s a white ring in the centre of my pin screen on my Versa 3. Can someone help?

Based on what you've mentioned, it seems to be an issue with the screen. Have you tried restarting your device? If not, please try pressing and holding the button on your Versa 3 for about 10 seconds or until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
If the issue persists, could you please share a picture of the device so I can assist you further?

@itsnotdavz Thanks for the picture of your device and the glowing ring.
I believe you have already tried to restart your device, so the next step would be to change the clock face. Please follow the instructions in this article: "How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?". Let's try to select one of the Fitbit clock face sections. If that fixes the issue, you can get your previous clock face back to your device.

I’ve tried changing the clock face and restarted the device. Still doing the same thing. Is this an issue with the device itself?
