for the past couple of days my Versa 3 is not syncing everything to my phone app....sleep and bpm.
when I hold the button down to reboot it says "something went wrong but it might work if you retry"...
Any suggestions?

I'm a long-time FitBit user. Recently upgraded from Versa 2 to Versa 3. I am _very_ disappointed in this product: glitchy, buggy, add your adjective. Periodically won't sync at all and requires a complete restart. Latest is it stopped recording my sleep. This is a new one. I haven't changed _anything_.
If I could return it I would. Gave away my Versa 2 and now I really regret it. Going to try a warranty return.
