Versa 3 acting odd when I use the swim mode

Hi, I am having a problem with my Versa 3 when I go swimming. I set it to track swimming that’s not a problem but after swimming it freezes and will not come out of swim mode. When I try to hold the button it goes on to Alexa and won’t come out of that. I noticed when I start swimming it says double tap to finish I have tried this but as I say it goes straight to Alexa. Is this an issue with my particular watch or a general problem as the main reason I bought it was it tracks swimming?

Hi there, @Mandymact. Welcome to the community forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

Your Versa 3 is going straight to Alexa as you are using the button shortcuts. It'll go straight to Alexa if you press and hold the left button for 2 seconds. 

Regarding water lock, it turns on automatically when you start a swim workout in the Exercise app. To turn off water lock, press the button twice. For more information, see Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?

Hi @Mandymact It should work properly - it is not a general issue. Try Restarting  your watch several times. If that doesn't fix the issue then contact Fitbit Support
