Versa 3 active minutes and number of floors WAY OFF!

This is getting ridiculous. I purchased my Versa over a year ago. About 2 months ago it started recording double and triple the number of floors I did. In the morning it would record that I done 5 to 10 floors while I slept. Recently it started multiplying my active minutes. For example this morning I cooked breakfast which took about 10 minutes. According to my watch I now have 42 active minutes.

I have deleted reinstalled the app. I have factory reset it. I contacted support and all I got was the canned “sometimes air pressure, blah, blah”.

I have had three FitBits over 8 years but I am strongly considering getting an Apple Watch.

Hi @Fsgordy - if you look in the forums these issues aren't new.

You cannot fix them.

Active Zone minutes is based on heart rate which can be inaccurate when moving so could give an erroneous result.

Thank you. It use to work. Also the floors use to work too. I guess it’s time to move to Apple.

@Fsgordy  - while it is frustrating to not get the correct results you may find it even more frustrating having to charge an Apple every day, sometimes more often. You could end up in a worse situation of not being able to see the time because the watch is off as the battery is flat.
