Versa 3 and Fitbit app are showing different amount of steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So my versa 3 didn't track my workout at the gym yesterday and today my app is showing just over 8k steps but my watch is showing just under?

What is going on?

Hi there, @Marky236. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern.

I wanted to let you know that our team is aware of this situation. They're currently working on a fix which will be released within the next few weeks.

I appreciate your patience and in the meantime, please make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated so the rest of your information can sync correctly.

Hi

You literally respond to everyones posts with this generic response and it isn't good enough?

How about giving us an actual update of what is wrong and when it will actually be resolved instead of fobbing everyone off all the time?

I'm so close to just getting a Garmin and ditching this poor service

Absolutely disgusted by the level of service and customer service now offered by Fitbit under Google.

Such a shame but as a long term Fitbit lover I'm going to have to leave.

Constantly getting fobbed off with poor excuses like 'we are aware of this issue and will issue an update within a few weeks' even though these issues have already been reported over 3 weeks ago!

It's simply not good enough and it's very clear the lack of interest Google has in this company. All they wanted was the software to go into there own devices.

Time to go and buy a Garmin I think.

Everyone else suffering the issues of inaccurate data and workouts not tracking..... Don't waste your time. They don't have an answer.
