Hello! So I had my fitbit replaced back in June of this year due to a water issue. The replacement I received isn't keeping the bands locked to the versa itself. Also if I bend my wrist, the versa vibrates and random screens pop up. For the longest time the shortcut to the pay screen kept popping up so I disabled the pay shortcut.
How do I keep the bands in place? I've tried several replacement bands, made them extra tight, snug, loose. Nothing seems to help. The vibration happens all the time now. What do I do?
