Versa 3 band doesn't stay in place

Hii,

I bought a versa 3 almost a year ago but I have problems now. The band of the watch doesn’t stay in place. I think the stystem that keeps the band in place is broken.

Ive red that I still have warranty but I question is how do I get I contact with someone for this?

i also bought it at a webshow named wehkamp instead of a fitbit store. So I don’t know how it works with warranty etc.

please can someone help me?

Hi @Kaylee_fit99   warranty information is here - click to read. As long as it's purchased from an authorized retailer, it's got a warranty. I'm not sure who you need to contact for the Netherlands, so I've asked a Moderator to stop by to assist you.

I recently purchased new Fitbit Versa 3 bands because original black band kept unhooking and falling to ground.   Now newly purchased bands are also unhooking and falling to ground.  It is embarrassing plus I am afraid will lose my Fitbit.  I purchase Versa 3.on 11/21/2022 on Amazon as well as new bands from Amazon for Versa 3 Fitbit…

Is there a piece of the device that is detaching or the bands just fall down?
