Versa 3 band keeps coming off

Why do the bands keep to randomly disconnect from the actual unit?
I have dropped the watch unit twice because of it.  They even came undone in my sleep once 😵💫

I change the long & small band depending if am at work or not…
Anyone else has had this problem?  Any trick worth knowing?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.

To properly attach a band, press it into the end of the watch until you hear a click and it snaps into place. The band with the loops and peg attaches to the top of the watch. For step-by-step instructions, review the user manual for Versa 3 pag.15-16.

If you've tried the above but to no avail, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

We hope your issue is solved soon.
