Versa 3 band keeps coming off

So just got the new versa. The band on one side keeps coming off. I hear the click and give it a soft pull to test it and it comes right off. Its like it doesn't fit

Would you mind confirming that you're attaching the band by pressing it into the end of the watch until you feel it snap into place? The band with the loops and peg attaches to the top of the watch. For more information, see: How do I wear my Fitbit device?

Hi,

My fitbit versa 3 band is also falling off. I keep reattaching the band making sure I feel it snap into place but it just keeps falling off. I would love to hear more suggestions. Please help.
