I am struggling to keep the band on my versa 3. There is nothing seemingly wrong with the band or the clip, however one day the band disconnected and it has been falling off at least twice a day since. I attempted to replace the band with another, this falls off as well. I feel like I'm doing something wrong when I attach it maybe? I was under the impression it just clips in?

Hi, @Lmsandhearts , you should feel a definite click when you attach the band. I always give mine a definite tug when I have attached it. If it comes off when you tug it, it isn’t properly attached and you could lose your Fitbit. Take it off and try again and definitely don’t wear it outside until you can tug at the band and it stays attached.

Hi there, @Lmsandhearts. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3's bands. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As @Julia_G suggested, to properly attach a band, press it into the end of the watch until you hear a click and it snaps into place. The band with the loops and peg attaches to the top of the watch. For step-by-step instructions, review the user manual for Versa 3 pag.15-16.
Hope that helps.

After having my Versa 3 for roughly 3 months the band came apart from the band & the part snaps into the watch, both side at the same time. Anyone else have this problem? I am really consisting Apple Watch if they don't send me a free replacement. I am questioning their quality.

I bought my versa 3 approx just over a month ago. I am constantly having to put the straps back on. Its going in fine, never clicks or snaps into place, but does stay inplace after its in and i guve it a little tug. But just seems as if I take the watch off and move it in a certain direction. Or even catchbthe watch with putting some gloves on or something, the clip on the watch moves allowing the strap to fall out. I have bought 2 more straps and they are all doing the same thing. I dunno what to do. I have followed all the tips and tricks to put the straps on correctly and it's not working. My friend has a fitbit sense and his never ever comes off!

Mine also fell off 2-3 times! Then one day - it fell off while I was shopping and I lost it! It was only 2 months old. When I called Fitbit they told me NOONE else had complained of this and would not give me a refund. Or replace! Only offered 35% discount towards new one. I feel this was a defect in magnet. I LOVE MY VERSA WATCHES& am SO DISAPPOINTED. Ism getting ready to go to an Apple Watch because of the customer service I have received after being a Versa watch owner got 5 years!
