I am very disappointed with my Versa 3 strap design, like so many people on here my strap keeps falling off, so far I've been lucky to see it and feel it fall.

The design is terrible compared to the Versa 1 and 2 which was so Secure, surely this must be a design fault as it's happening to so many people.

I love my Versa normally but I fear this is putting me off and I'm seriously considering buying another brand which is a shame as I've had fitbits right from the start.

I've done exactly the same as other  Complains but it still keeps falling.

Hi there, @Fitnik70. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.

To properly attach a band, press it into the end of the watch until you hear a click and it snaps into place. The band with the loops and peg attaches to the top of the watch. For step-by-step instructions, review the user manual for Versa 3 pag.15-16.

Thanks for your suggestion. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers.

See you around.
